Matt Joubert has shown exceptional manger skills and because of this, the team over in the Manchester office have contacted us to tell us just how good they think Matt is. Since moving into the new office he has become team leader and he has done exceptionally well in teaching, guiding and making the new staff feel comfortable in going to him if they have any questions.
