Customer Service Advisor (Crewe office only)
We are a multi-award-winning telecommunications company, who take pride in providing businesses, in the UK delivering a high level of customer service and products ranging from business mobiles, Landlines and Broadband.
We are looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join the team, you will be a part of a fun, vibrant and motivational office environment with constant support and on-going in-house training.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Delivering a first-class level of customer service to all our internal and external customers.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Offer help, support and guidance to customers and provide satisfactory solutions.
· Identify customer’s requirements and presenting them with a solution.
· Work with customers to ensure all their services are running effectively.
· Ability to build rapport with customers whilst maintaining professional conversations.
· Liaise with suppliers, networks, management, and internal account managers
Qualifications and Experience:
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Strong customer service skills
· Good administrative skills.
· Active listening skills
· IT literate and the ability to use Excel, Email, Website, Portal
Benefits:
· Salary of 18k plus performance bonuses (salary increase to 20k after the 6-month probation period)
· Social Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 8:45am – 5:15pm
· 20 days Holiday plus Bank Holidays
· On-going training and development
