Network Provisioning Manager
We are looking for someone who has had Landline team leader experience, someone who can motivate and guide our landline specialists.
Responsibilities:
· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture

· Oversee day-to-day operation
· Monitor team performance and report on metrics
· Motivate team members
· Discover training needs and provide coaching
· Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

A successful candidate will have:

· Punctual and good attendance
Technical Requirements:
· Knowledge of Landline provisioning and Gamma Horizon VoIP
· Knowledge of fixed and wireless networking
· Knowledge of system add-on (door-entry, PA system integration)
· Knowledge of WLR3, LLU, Broadband and Fibre provisioning
· Knowledge of 3CX Hosted systems
· Ability to fault find networks and PSTN/ISDN lines
· System design, installation, maintenance, and User Training experience
A successful candidate will receive:
· 31K salary
· 20 days holidays plus bank holidays
· Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:15pm
