The successful candidate will be able to work well on their own and will have good customer facing communication skills. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is also important, as well as being flexible and forward thinking as day-to-day activities can regularly change. To be considered for the Landline Provisioning position you must have demonstrable experience within the Telecoms industry and possess the following key skills, experience and technical requirements and the ability to convey technical information in a simple format to customer’s:

· Excellent communication skills

· Proactive and positive with a ‘can do’ attitude

· Effective time management and organisational skills

· Competent working alone or as part of a team

· Logical approach to problem solving

· Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints

· Punctual and good attendance

Technical Requirements:

· Knowledge of Landline provisioning and Gamma Horizon VoIP

· Knowledge of fixed and wireless networking

· Knowledge of system add-on (door-entry, PA system integration)

· Knowledge of WLR3, LLU, Broadband and Fibre provisioning

Knowledge of 3CX Hosted systems

· Ability to fault find networks and PSTN/ISDN lines

· System design, installation, maintenance, and User Training experience

· Mass360 knowledge would be an advantage.
